Hey there.  Will shoot out an email shortly.  We are experiencing a server Downage.

Okay, I understand that.  Most statistical tests have a minimum of 50 attempts before
establishing an average.

I used to get Storm Cloaks every 2nd or 3rd chest.  The previous 10 or 11 chests I
have not gotten any.  Have they been removed from the loot list for treasure chests,
or their priority lowered to the point they are extremely rare?  I have some left over,
but do not want to use them up for mundane tasks, if they are now only obtainable
in the end game treasure as part of the pirate map quest.

and music plays, but can't enter the game, and forced to Q uit out.

I'm fairly active, and happy to note that I have a party of 5 Archers (Dex 46+), 1 Halberdier,
1 Macer (47 Str), and a Mage (48 Int), all at Level 8.

We're back up, thank you for your hard work and Diligence, sir.

Yes, it is a temporary situation though.  Cear checks the forums a few times a week
at least, so as long as we let him know the server is borked, he gets to fixing the
usually minor issue promptly.  I am 3 shrine visits from getting my party to level 8
across the board, so eager to get back to it as well.  See you there.

Okay, keep us posted on that.  I'm like 4 hours of play away from having a 8 person, 8th level party.

Server down.  Hope its not from flooding or whatnot.  We took some serious damage
out here in the SE united states.  Cleanup is still going.
